Vinny became the managing director in 1996 before his appointment as the field vice president two years later.
Vinny worked at The MONY Group until 2005 when he joined AXA Equitable as the executive vice president. He served as the president of the Advantage Group for the whole of 2008. He was promoted to the President of the Northern Division in 2009. He was tapped to head the continental division of AXA Equitable a year later. Vinny was responsible for managing the branch offices of the firm in the North-East region of the country. He was in charge of sales, compliance, operations, and expense management.
Vinny moved up to chief sales officer in 2013 where he was tasked with managing recruitment and sales in all branches of the firm in the country. He moved up the ranks to his current position of the senior executive vice president of AXA US after two years in the position.
His role includes overseeing the recruitment of new advisors and their training so that their onboarding is smooth. Vinny is in charge of the development of the financial professionals who are based in Central New Jersey. He is also tasked with improving the productivity of different employees within the firm so that growth margins continue to go higher. Vinny was the keynote speaker at Pace University in 2014. He delivered the commencement address. He was asked to do so because of the success that he had achieved in his career.
